Ya, if the vehicle was simply dropped off with items in the vehicle I could understand why the staff would be surprised but when we pick up a vehicle or have a vehicle returned the process is to check the exterior and interior to ensure it's clean, FREE OF CUSTOMERS BELONGINGS, and no damage.
