Mike, I want to apologize for the experience. We have been short staffed over the last 2 weeks due to sick, training, and vacation and received an overwhelming amount of service traffic. Chris, let me be the first to say I apologize for any stumbling blocks. We are short a couple of folks and the amount of business pouring in is more than we have seen all year which typically turns into a bad recipe. Luckily we have not had too many issues other than coverage which I promise we are working on. In regards to a battery, we will not quote a battery unless it fails a battery test. We use manufacture OEM testers and quote OEM factory battery which tends to be a higher price than aftermarket. We also quote labor too and not sure if that was quoted on the aftermarket.
