I went to many dealerships and Caldwell was the only one who showed they wanted my business, even reaching out after the initial deal fell through. That speaks volumes to me. My father in law bought two vans from Caldwell and this shows me why. Very rare these days for a dealership to go to such lengths to take care of the customer.
