I am insulted that a dealership where I purchased a car would charge me $175 to look at a problem with my car to determine the cost, to see if I should invest in the marginally unnecessary repair. We are from out of town, called and talked with Wendy and they scheduled us for the next day. When we arrived we were promptly checked in and assured us that they would take care of the vehicle. Later that d they scheduled us for the next day. When we arrived we were promptly checked in and assured us that they would take care of the vehicle. Later that day we got a call saying it was ready and we could pick it up. We didn’t purchase from them but they took care of us as though we did. Excellent customer service. More

I have no idea the status of my Gladiator. My last two oil changes/tire rotations didn’t include any statuses of my tires, filters, brakes, nothing at all. I have asked for these things. I asked for an air filter change but they said the online portal doesn’t work right so it didn’t come through. I asked for a status of the air filter so I could change it myself but it didn’t come either. My truck is now over 30k in miles and hasn’t had anything with oil changes and tire rotations despite me asking for what I need done. I’ve even emailed the service department. I haven’t received a print out of my truck and what needs serviced after my last two oil changes. I do fear my truck quality is going to go down. I will be looking elsewhere for service that provides good, quality and thorough service to ensure my truck stays in good shape. More
