Adam, we apologize for the delay. The Oil change and tire rotation only take an hour and can be handled by any of our technicians. An electrical repair requires a specific technician. The vehicle was dropped off at 5:45 p.m. which most of our technicians have left for the week. Saturday, despite being one of the few dealers open, still only have 4-5 technicians and the chances that there is an electrical technician available and present is slim. Sunday we are closed. The door electrical issue actually was tracked back to bent door pins along with a faulty third brake light. Overall a 5 hour job. I understand your frustration and some of these take 30-60 minutes but often can take much longer than that. -Justin Harmon (General Manager)

Justin- I have spoken with Matt Pickens about this issue at length, last Wednesday the 18th. I explained to him that when i dropped my vehicle off the night before service (8am Saturday was my appointment) his staff admitted my vehicle and explained that it would be done Saturday. I was also told by Matt that for this fix and it should have never been scheduled on the weekend. (No-one told me that service was closed Sunday, I had to call Saturday night, talked with sales and they allowed me to come to the dealership and get equipment out of my truck that I needed for Sunday and Monday.) They also set an expectation for delivery back to me on the same day. I didn't authorize anything to be fixed it was purely an oil and tire rotation and they were supposed to look at the clip that is on the door as its cracked. When I picked up the car it was also not explained to me that the third light got fixed, never authorized that fix but I am glad they did it, because no-one called me over the weekend or on Monday to tell me there was an issue. I had to get an UBER to work and back home on Monday. When I picked up the vehicle it still wasn't explained to me what it took to fix the vehicle. Please speak with him to understand where the missteps were coming from lack of communication with the drop off, service needed and delivery after the work completed as well as an expectation of service delivery timing that was explained to me that was incorrect.

Loaners have been very hot commodities as of recent. We currently have 265 Open ROs and 65 customers with their vehicles here waiting for parts and 25 loaners. Needless to say, we never will have enough loaners for everyone but slowly trying to increase our fleet to better take care of our customers.
