I stopped by to get an oil change & multi-point inspection on Sunday, but the Parts department was closed. However, I described my issue & the 1st gentleman I spoke was very knowledgeable in explaining how not changing my oil at recommended intervals can impact the way car was performing & what mechanisms start to shut down to protect the engine when oil levels are off or too thin… So, they were able to do the oil change & it made a huge difference! The personnel were kind & professional and they got me in & out pretty quickly. They also advised me to look for coupons on mopar.com, which gave me some savings on today’s service ☺️! My 1st experience at this dealership was good & I’ll definitely be back for any other service needs. Thank you! 😊 More
This most recent service my electric running bias’s were disconnected when I picked my truck up. A tech came out and fixed them.
