Appreciate the feedback. I'll be the first to admit, the price for services these days are getting out of hand. We see parts price bumps regularly, training and costs for labor climb at a rate that rivals/ is higher than inflation. That said (and promise this is not a plug) service contracts help all customers lock in today's repair costs and repel the continuous cost hikes and inflation. Also helps customers budget for other expenditures. That said, we have heard this often about Joe and his ability to make any repair (covered or not) a much less painful process. Fortunate to have a representative like Joe as part of our front line working with customers at Bob Caldwell Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. That's great feedback Jay. Everyone is hearing in the news about possible recession and vehicle sales have taken a big hit this year compared to last. Here in central Ohio dealers are on average down 20% New and Used car sales. That said, and despite lower inventories and customers, that makes each customer's experience that much more important and whether it be good, bad, or indifferent, the info is important.
