Thank you for the feedback. Depending on the service being done, there are some services that cost more at dealerships opposed to independent repair shops. We spend anywhere between 25k-50k per year in shop tools (some required from the manufacture) in order to diagnose any concern that might show up. That coupled with extensive training and manufacture parts sometimes brings the price up. That said we guarantee every repair with a 1 year service and parts warranty and hope the value exceeds the difference in price. Finally, we quarterly shop competitive, other OEM, and local repair shops on hourly rate and maintenance to ensure we are not the highest (nor lowest) in the city.
