I apologize for your issue and had also read your personal email this morning as well as looked into the matter. Your public warning is a valid one, not specific to Bob Caldwell, but to all dealers and customers. Most dealers (>95%) use a Vin explosion in order for features and benefits to populate not just on 3rd parties (like Autotrader, cars.com, cargurus) but also their own website. There is no one individually adding all features for every vehicle on 10-15 websites. We have seen some of these Vin explosions cause issues like the one you speak of. After gathering some information, you spoke to a sales manager Matt and this was at time of purchase, not several days later so clearly this was not the "reason" you bought the vehicle. Nonetheless happy to speak more and help detail if that would be beneficial and as Matt said "Thought that this was all handled when the vehicle was purchased" but apparently not. The “reason” I bought the truck was for the package deal, obviously nobody goes out to buy a car just for the nice tires or just for the seats, it’s the package they look at. As for Mark the situation was handled, I left and he didn’t have to hear me talk about it anymore. That was “handled” for him, and was told I can get it installed for $250 from a guy he knew. Wow,I’m done replying to this. You got your truck sold and I do like the truck for what it has but still feel that deal had some bait and switch tactic to it and people should be warned.Also tried to contact you and was told you were in meeting all day. Thanks Jeff H

Low pressure is the key! We have a lot of folks that walk out and we think it's the right thing to do to let them if they are not 100% sold. A new Jeep Wrangler in April, tremendous combination! Be sure to find the best way to combat the erratic Ohio weather with your Jeep top. Some people screw straps to the ceiling of their garage (awesome setup especially with electronic pulley system), others leave enough area to put top on garage floor (not ideal), and then some just remove partial.
