Yes!! One of the most vital heartbeats of the dealership that gets thrown to the way side and botched is the "Almighty Oil Change". Despite the pricing fluctuations, it's not a profit center and hence the lack of attention the oil change receives but it's a loyalty thing. If a dealer can't perfect the oil change, (usually rotation), and a multi-point inspection in a realistic time frame, customer has no reason to comeback. Ha, sorry you were offended about the station the tv is on. We leave the remote in the customer lounge so this must have been the channel the last customer left it on. If you are looking for a corporate statement from Caldwell....."we prefer no news channels" ha! Realistically we have basic cable and remote available for any customer to choose what you prefer to watch. Nonetheless apologize and hope the rest the experience went well. Thanks for the response. When I arrived for service at 8:00 the TV was tuned to Fox News and the volume was turned up in the unoccupied waiting room.. I was unable to change channels but that could be My Bad due to the unfamiliar remote. I'm glad Caldwell is sensitive to the fact that Fox News is toxic to probably a majority of customers in Central Ohio. It's bad for business. With all the competition in the new car market, it would a deal breaker for me to support a dealership that promoted Fox news, so thanks for clarifying that it is not Caldwell policy. A "no news channel" is fine by me. Best, Tony Logan Caldwell buyer since 2005
