DONT BUY FROM BOB CALDWELL IN COLUMBUS I purchased a 25k truck from bob caldwell in Columbus on january 4th. they were supposed to take a 3800 dollar warranty off my payment plan before I p I purchased a 25k truck from bob caldwell in Columbus on january 4th. they were supposed to take a 3800 dollar warranty off my payment plan before I put my down payment down. It is now April 10th and my warranty has still not been taken off after months of trying to get it taken care of. I also took my truck to my mechanic the day I drove it home and he told me my truck needed a drag link and rear brakes. the next day I went back to the dealership and asked if they would fix these issues and was told no, "we only do a safety check and this truck passed". So I also got to pay a hefty amount to fix a truck the day after I bought it because "it passed the safety test". Buying a truck from bob caldwell in Columbus has costs me tons of money that could be avoided by going somewhere else to buy a vehicle. More
