I had a appointment on the 2nd of January for an recall, and was told I could wait on my car or drop it off. I dropped my 2014 Jeep Cherokee off on the night of January 1st so my car would be there first th and was told I could wait on my car or drop it off. I never received an call all day and called them around 6pm to find out they didn't get to my car and it would be the following day the 3rd as far as getting my car back. I never received a call on the 3rd about my car either and winded up having to call them and ask what's the problem is and why can't anyone reach out to me why I'm not getting my car fixed when I had an appointment. I was giving the run around about only certain macanichs fix that particular recall when I calked them at the end of the second day. I let them know thats fine but I would think they knew that when I made the appointment. I then mentioned that at least I should of been kept in the loop. I felt that I have been offere an loaner car for the inconvenience. I feel they didn't care if it was an hardship on me or not. More

Had an appt. . They did not get any work done the day of appt. No phone call to tell me it would not get done. Was told check in is when I get put in the cue. So . So what your really telling me is your "appointments" are really a number you get and you have to stand and wait in line for them to call your number. Had my car a second day. Called at the end of my work day to check on status, my car still had not been touched. Told them not to bother and would be picking up my keys. While waiting for my keys I got hear how the strike was to blame for their back up. I understand unavailable parts have caused issues for them. My car did not need any parts. And my bigger issue was the lack of communication from a service oriented establishment. In my job if our customer is not going to get their product when they are expecting it we call them ahead of time and let them know. More
