Thank you. The actual work was excellent. But I was traveling over 800 miles back home trying to miss inclement weather & the stress caused by the lack of communication was unnecessary & unprofessional. But I disagree with this being widespread as I bought my Jeep in Washington State & live in Massachusetts. NEVER have I not been called when my car was being serviced. I called four times, but there was no callback. You'd be out of business in Boston.
