I took my car in on 12/18 at 12 pm for a scheduled appointment for coolant smell in car. Was told that that I was placed in a queue. On 12/19, my car was finally looked at, but service advisor had no idea what they did. Talked to shop foreman and was told they couldn't find a leak with pressure testing so it seemed like that was all they were going to do. Finally got to where he would drive car in the morning and would call with update. On 12/20 I received no calls and had to call service 18 times with no answer before finally getting someone to check status, but by the time I was able to talk to service, the shop foreman was gone and no info on problem. On 12/21 I called 6 unanswered times before finally getting status that heater core was leaking and that shop foreman forgot to follow up and let me know what the problem was. Got pricing and a estimate on time for repairs. Was told possibly 12/22 but more than likely 12/26. I received no calls on 12/26. I called 12/27 and was told the shop was waiting on a couple of parts and now it might take until 12/28 until car was finished. My car was finally finished on 12/27. Luckily, I was on vacation and could go without my car, although I was constantly being pushed to use a rental car supplied by the dealer which would be charged back to warranty. During the whole time I asked multiple times to talk with the service manager. I was able to talk to her on 12/19 but requested multiple other times to talk to her, only to be told she was in a meeting, away from her desk or had left for the day. Each time I was told that a note was left for her to call me. I never received a call from the service manager. Overall, probably the worst communication of any business I have dealt with, with the excuse being they were short on staff so that's why they didn't call or answer phones and why it took so long to even look at my car. If you make an appointment, you expect to have that slot, not be put in a queue and wait 2 days before the car is looked at. Service did great on fast lane oil changes, but not sure I would go back again for anything else More
