My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 am on a Tuesday, for a simple service. It was not worked on until Thursday, leaving me without my car for two full days with no notice or warning. We are from out of town, called and talked with Wendy and they scheduled us for the next day. When we arrived we were promptly checked in and assured us that they would take care of the vehicle.
