Loaners have been very hot commodities as of recent. We currently have 265 Open ROs and 65 customers with their vehicles here waiting for parts and 25 loaners. Needless to say, we never will have enough loaners for everyone but slowly trying to increase our fleet to better take care of our customers. Appreciate the feedback. I'm personally indifferent. 90% of the time, no problem but some Saturdays and holidays we get blasted with oil changes and it can take more than an hour which is not great.
