Service advisor did not follow through on the things he said he would do. I'll call you tomorrow -> nope I'll call you at 9am -> nope I'll expedite the parts order -> Nope Did he call after we talked said he would do. I'll call you tomorrow -> nope I'll call you at 9am -> nope I'll expedite the parts order -> Nope Did he call after we talked about expediting the parts and he learned that he couldn't? -> Nope Could he have actually solved the parts problem some other ways if he cared at all? -> Turns out he could! Did he ever apologize for any of these shortcomings? -> Nope I had to escalate this issue up to management to get anywhere. If you go to this dealership, expect to follow up with your service advisor every single day to make sure he's actually done what he agreed to do. More
