Also, thank you for recognizing that you have a Platinum coverage. We always recommend Platinum service agreements as they mirror the factory warranty. As soon as other contracts are introduced, coverages start plummeting. Please stay away from any contract that is not sold at the dealer, the coverages are critical. Good morning and thank you for your transparency, Justin. I appreciate that and I'm not necessarily upset with Wendy, but I am upset with the lack of communication. My intent when I first spoke with her over a month ago, was to find out what was causing the "check engine" light to come on. It would stay and then go off. She put the code thing in and gathered that information so that when I was able to schedule the service, even if the light wasn't on, the tech would know what caused the code. Anyway, when I took the car in last week, and I asked for a detailed workup of what was needed for the code, she sent me all that was needed at the 100,000 mile mark. I get that to be protocol, again, I was needing to know specifically what needed to be done to stop the check engine light from coming on. So, longer story shorter, she called Endurance, they wouldn't cover what was wrong, I then again, just wanted what was presented to me as what I thought was the biggest thing wrong to be fixed. When I stated to have the radiator replaced, Wendy NEVER interjected that that wouldn't remove the check engine light. I WOULD NOT know that it wouldn't. Also, when I received the details of what is needed on the car, there is an ad for Sunbit financing of large costs so I went ahead and downloaded the QR code and was approved. When I went in to pick up my car, and pay with this new found source, no one in the building had done anything with this source of funding. So, they sent me home with my vehicle without paying until on Tuesday. I was so frustrated with the entire ordeal that I just payed on the spot, negating the use of the Sunbit funding because I didn't want something else to pop up. I'm just frustrated with the entire interaction. I think that while Wendy is probably a wonderful lady, she should make it a point to be more direct in what the customer needs to know regarding their vehicle. I asked for the "creaking sound" to be looked at. The tech, reports the "squeaking" sound to be from my breaks. For $150 or $175, I can tell the difference between creaking and squeaking! I paid for a person to say my breaks squeak. I know they do. I even told her, I think that my suspension needs to be checked because the car creaks when going over bumps...no suspension check was done. I can move on...I am not so sure I'll bring my car back though. This was way too much. I do sincerely appreciate your response. Lisa
