I was very pleased with my experience yesterday. I requested to have the repairs finished while I waited and they were able do that for me. IT took 2 hours for them to give me the update that they were not able to perform the service I had asked for. Then another 30 minutes to do the paperwork and charge me for labor. I used the QR code on the front of that documentation to get financing and when I came in to pick up the car, no one knew what to do with even the approval email I showed them. So I took the car, waited till Monday for Wendy Schwartz to contact me... The vehicle still had the "check engine" light on. She told me that wasn't fixed yet. That's exactly what I thought was being fixed! This has me now looking for another place to have my vehicle serviced! I know I've NEVER given a bad review as long as Joe was with you. He was the reason I continued my business here. More
Let me just say I have been to two previous jeep dealerships for warranty service and by far this is the best one yet. Their staff is very professional. They are ridiculously helpful, knowledgeable dealerships for warranty service and by far this is the best one yet. Their staff is very professional.
