It took over 2 and a 1/2 hours half hours to get the express oil change and tire rotation.. I was told there were 2 cars ahead of me when I arrived.. That time was 6:38 PM and I got the car out of the d express oil change and tire rotation.. I was told there were 2 cars ahead of me when I arrived.. That time was 6:38 PM and I got the car out of the dealership at 9:15 PM. No one ever came out to tell me there was a problem I had a search somebody down to find out what was going on and was told all they're having difficulty. They were explained what the problem was.
