I think it is so important that rather buying a car immediately or "inquiring" to find the best price and or a best fit vehicle, that professionalism, excitement, patience, knowledge and listening skills are tuned into/displayed to each customer. You never know who is coming back or who knows who. That was displayed when I inquired to get a SUV. Although, I didn't get the SUV. When I do let go of my sedan, I will definitely shop with C.J. Due to the customer service displayed to me, I have forwarded many people to him and took the time to write this post. And the others that shopped with C.J. and brought from Bob Caldwell referred by me were very satisfied More
Disappointed I purchased a new 2016 Jeep Patriot. The brakes squeaked and the idle was rough from day one. The service department and especially the service manage I purchased a new 2016 Jeep Patriot. The brakes squeaked and the idle was rough from day one. The service department and especially the service manager were less that what I would expect. It felt that it was my fault for not being satisfied with a vehicle that had obvious flaws. I would not purchase a new vehicle from this dealership and I would not purchase a Jeep again. More
Horrible service & incompetent Needed a new rear turn signal bulb and socket. Guy sold me a white bulb, should have been yellow, found that out later. I asked if they could help instal it real quick and wanted to charge $116/hour for labor. Valvoline did it free of charge. Overall attitude at Parts & Service at Bob Caldwell is that they don't really care about customers and seem to not want to be there. Although I will say the ladies at the Cashier's desk were courteous and acknowledged me in a respectable fashion. Kudos to them. Unfortunately this is not my first bad experience at Bob Caldwell. I avoid them whenever possible and will never buy a vehicle there again. More
Horrible body shop I had my car at their body shop and had a horrible experience. They only fixed half of what they were supposed to because they are to incompetent to o I had my car at their body shop and had a horrible experience. They have horrible customer service and are unprofessional once they get your money. I would not recommend anyone go there ever. More

And he ask me a few questions. Than informed me that I just passed my warranty miles. But told me to bring my car In and he would see what he could do for me. So I did, not only did I get my car on right away, but got it fixed at no cost to me. And that's music to a single mother. Kudos to this dealership for taking care of their customers.
