This helped me to make a educated decision about purchasing this vehicle. I picked up the phone called in and the friendly receptionist connected me to Ms. Emily Darrow who actually answered her extension. She was pleasant in her tone and had a professional demeanor. I had several questions about the vehicle and if Emily did not know the answer she was able to provide one in a prompt and timely manner. I then knew I wished to make an offer and I was connected with Mr. Ryan Easter who was straight forward and was not into playing games. We arrived at a number we were both comfortable with and I was connected back to Emily to give my payment and personal information. It was a painless and pleasant process and to add to the purchase I was having the car shipped via auto transport at an additional charge that I set up prior and needed further assistance prepping the vehicle to which Emily was only happy to provide. I was extremely prepared and did my homework which helps ease the process. Finally, the financing rate was a full percentage point lower than that which was offered by our other dealer, on a very similar model and terms.
