I have known Kate Kersten, my saleswoman, for a very long time and I know that even if I didn't know her well she would never try to sell me something I didn't want nor needed. Also, I know that Adam at the service desk is a good guy and that the sales staff and the service staff are good honest people that stand behind their work. As a truck guy I'm pretty handy with a wrench, but if I ever have a question or problem I just call up Adam and he's got the answer. So, my advice for anyone looking for a new vehicle is to go to Bob Jass. The other dealers are just too grabby. Bob has the fairest prices, best staff, and oh yeah don't forget its a Chevy. More
