Disappointed I went in for a inspection and recall on my truck. They messed up the inspection because they did the recall first. They had to give me a rental car b I went in for a inspection and recall on my truck. They messed up the inspection because they did the recall first. They had to give me a rental car because they couldn't complete the inspection When I went to pick my truck they drove it for 120 miles without my approval. I was told to put gas in their rental car when i returned it. Which I had no problem doing. They gave my truck back to me without filling up my tank. , I asked the service guy about who drove my vehicle.The lot guy drove it around. We asked if they were going to fill out tank up. We don't do that. I spoke to the manager and he told me to bring it in and they filled it up. He did apologize. More
