1st OLF, etc It was such a pleasure having a dealership that really takes care of its buyers. I called on a Tuesday and said I would be working out at LA Fitness, It was such a pleasure having a dealership that really takes care of its buyers. I called on a Tuesday and said I would be working out at LA Fitness, which is about 5 minutes away from the dealership. I stated if they had a time available where as I could drop it of at 8:00 am and would pick it up after my workout about 10 or whatever was good for them. To my surprise the young lady asked if I could bring it in the next morning, I said Wow, that is GREAT. Well, I brought it in at 8:00 am and the shuttle driver (Jerry) was right there and took me to the gym. My buddy dropped me off and I had no idea if it was ready or not and if it was not I would have waited. Well, as soon as I walked in and asked and Matt said all ready Mr Snacki and within 3 mins I was in my car heading home. Now, that is what I call service with a smile. I had an issue when I got the vehicle and brought it in for a software update, thinking they would have to schedule me and to my surprise again, Matt said we can do it now. I had coffee in the waiting room and a fruit and in less than 45 mins or so I was heading home. So, these are 2 experiences I wanted to share and it was my pleasure.
