Fraud They don’t own up to their mistakes. Sold me a truck with aftermarket parts in it that no one knew about until after the deal. Requested to return as They don’t own up to their mistakes. Requested to return as it wasn’t what we agreed upon or discussed, I also purchased a warranty which is useless since there’s aftermarket parts. Their general manager said I could trade it in only. So he screwed up and basically forced me to do more business with him knowing I would go new so I wouldn’t have to deal with a used vehicle. Really didn’t help me out on the new vehicle purchase and pawned me off to my original sales guy who was good, but unprepared since the gm was supposed to handle everything. They made my time there much longer and much more frustrating than it needed to be. Will never buy from these guys ever again nor would I recommend anyone else to. There’s plenty of other good chevy dealers in the area that I recommend others in the trades to go to. More

Arrived 30 min early I arrived 30 minutes early for a scheduled appointment to get an oil change. I was told that all fluids would be topped off also. There was one person I arrived 30 minutes early for a scheduled appointment to get an oil change. I was told that all fluids would be topped off also. There was one person waiting. The CS agent assured me I should be done in an hour. Meanwhile at least 2 other customers came in for service or maintenance. Both later customers were done and gone before me. I waited 2.5 hours, with NO updates on the status of my scheduled oil change. We will NOT use this location again. All your emoyee did was offer an apolpgy. NO EXPLANATION WHAT-SO-EVER More
