I found Ryan, my salesperson, very personable, I had a great experience with Dorschel Infiniti. This was my first time in dealing with your company. I found Ryan, my salesperson, very personable, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely buy from him again. The only problem I had is that, I made an appointment to pick up my car, and it was not ready. I asked to have the inspection sticker moved, and received a message from Ryan that it would be done, and it wasn't even looked at. The car was very dirty inside. They had to get the boy to run and clean it again, and then it wasn't a good job- I had to finish cleaning it when I got home. I also spent two and a half to three hours washing the insides of the windows, vacuuming, and pulling off the shipping plastic on the car. Really? Fir a supposed luxury car to have to do this? More
