The car-buying experience at Dorschel Kia was the best I have had in over 25 years of car ownership. There was no pressure and no "my manager ..." garbage. When we picked up the vehicle, he spent more than an hour going over every feature and then took us to the service department and introduced us to the people we will be dealing with for future maintenance. We found that the sales approach at Dorschel was a complete change from the pressure tactics so often used at most dealerships. No trips back and forth to the "manager's" office. Steve also wanted to provide a car with good gas mileage (especially with recent influxes in gas pricing), as well as the modern luxuries (bluetooth/ Ipod/ etc.). This attention to detail greatly improved my driving experience. With such great customer service, I will ALWAYS refer my friends and family to Steve (and the Dorschel Family!) for assistance with buying cars.
