This is the 6th. vehicle we have purchased here. This was my first time working with salesman Kodjo Koumako. He was very knowledgeable and friendly; he was able to find me an excellent used car interest rate my first time working with salesman Kodjo Koumako. We always bring our vehicles here for service, sure it might be a little more expensive than a corner garage but at least you know it's done right with genuine Toyota parts. More

In the past when this dealership was Dorschel Toyota I definitely would have recommended them and did many times. Since purchased by Bob Johnson I don't believe I will be able to honestly recommend them. definitely would have recommended them and did many times. I purchased 4 Toyota's from Dorschel Toyota over the past 20 years and was extremely happy with the sales and most importantly the service. Yesterday I made 4 phone calls to get someone to price snow tires and schedule an appointment for me and each time I was told "someone" would call me back and there was no one that could help me. I never received a call back and it has been 48 hours. I purchased the tires elsewhere. The greatest sales team in the world won't keep customers if the service isn't the same. Extremely disappointed. More
