Was treated extremely well. Even though I’m from out of state. I live in Wellsboro, PA and drove to Rochester to buy the rav4 I wanted. Dorschel doesn’t do the negotiating price thing. That surprised me. After researching what I should pay I went ready to negotiate. They looked at my trade in. Dorschel offered a price that was almost identical to the opening offer I had calculated. Even tho the corona virus did not allow them to extend all the courtesies normally offered, they made me feel welcome. Hope your experience with Dorschel is as pleasant as mine. Billy More

I have h outstanding experience with Scott Schlonski at Dorschel Toyota warrants a review. This was my first time buying a new car and I was nervous. I have heard what a hassle the experience can be with pushy salespeople and haggling with price. After checking out a few cars at other dealerships, I stopped by Dorschel Toyota with a new Corolla in mind. I was connected with Scott Schlonski in the showroom. He took the time to ask about what I was looking for in a vehicle and find me the right one. He even made recommendations that would say me money long-term and steered me away from some extras that weren't necessary. When we found what I was looking for, we went for a test drive. It was the BEST test drive I had ever been on. Scott let me drive around where I was comfortable and for as long as I wanted. He explained all of the features of the car and showed me all of the safety features in action. At no point did I feel like I was trying to be sold this car because Scott kept up great conversation, asking me about my family and my job and also sharing about himself. I knew the Corolla was the car for me and was eager to buy. Scott was with me every step of the way! He was very responsive to email, text, and phone calls. When I stopped by a few days later to close the sale, he didn't rush me as I was filling out the paperwork. He even stayed after closing to make sure I felt 100% comfortable before driving away!
