Purchase itself was mediocre. Than spam came My dad asked me to help him buy a hybrid. Prius is a flagship car and he wanted a compact one. It was an easiest choice I have ever had. I went to the truecar pricing for american express. They offered the "guaranteed" price, a car was available and I was ready to buy a car on the spot. The dealership refused to accept it and insisted on $500 more. After two hours in the dealership it was frustrating and we walked away. I hesitated, but it was still a reasonable choice and I bought a car soon after for those $500 more. The car itself is proper for a Toyota. Reliable and unremarkable. Except I started getting mail spam. Once a month Dorschel started sending me a letter inviting me to pay 4,000 then 10,000 then 12,000 then 15,000 for getting the same version of the same car. I hate and dread those letters and trash them immediately without reading anymore. More

He spent a lot of time reviewing possible choices and explaining comparisons of new cars to each other. He was very polite and respectful. Upon picking up our new vehicle, he spent time showing me the updated technology and syncing my phone with the car's blue tooth. Buying from Dorschel with the help of Jadlyn was both a pleasant experience and a stress free transition into my new Toyota Camry SE. More

Kudos Jason The review above is being edited as it was written hastily prior to the whole sales experience’s completion.This has taken some time to write due to the demands of selling a home and downsizing to an apartment, but what started out as a pleasant sales experience turned out to be the absolute worst unorganized customer care, communication and service experience I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I was misled, told untruths, inconvenienced by them losing my car keys as well as receiving only one set of keys for the color car I did not want to purchase, hung up on, voice mails I left unanswered, had appointments scheduled for me without my input, was unable to talk to anyone above the sales staff about the lack of information or complete misinformation I received, I had a male friend with me for 3/4’s of the initial visit as witness to the (mis)information I was given which steered me to choose a color car I did not want. I learned the salesman was relatively new back in 2014 when I purchased my first Prius, but now placed his social life over honesty and following through on his word. A salesman named Steve stated I would receive a set of carpeted floor mats (a consolation prize on their part. for not getting what I, the paying customer, wished to actually buy) but only received one for the drivers side. He also had the audacity to imply in a phone call which he said was taped that there was perhaps something wrong with me. Their slogan shouldn’t be the Dorschel difference but rather the Dorschel Indifference. More
