Purchase itself was mediocre. Than spam came My dad asked me to help him buy a hybrid. Prius is a flagship car and he wanted a compact one. It was an easiest choice I have ever had. I went to the truecar pricing for american express. They offered the "guaranteed" price, a car was available and I was ready to buy a car on the spot. The dealership refused to accept it and insisted on $500 more. After two hours in the dealership it was frustrating and we walked away. I hesitated, but it was still a reasonable choice and I bought a car soon after for those $500 more. The car itself is proper for a Toyota. Reliable and unremarkable. Except I started getting mail spam. Once a month Dorschel started sending me a letter inviting me to pay 4,000 then 10,000 then 12,000 then 15,000 for getting the same version of the same car. I hate and dread those letters and trash them immediately without reading anymore. More
