I'm 81 yrs old and it was the best experience that I've had! Greg Palmer was our salesman and he put us at ease the moment we sat down at his desk. The third one he brought up we just feel in love with the silver RAv4!! My wife and I just agreed for the first time in 57 years that was the vehicle for us - and we love it!!! He was so knowledgeable for the stock of cars that were on his lot, he got us financed and put us in the RAv4 in 24 hours. I and my wife will definitely be back when this car wears out.! More

Inquiry of vehicle for sale on cars.com I received an email from a sales rep (Heather Vice ) and decided to call inquiring about a vehicle. I decided to call and ask some questions about the vehicle to the sales rep that responded about my inquiry and end up speaking to another sales associate due to the contact associate not being available. My experience with this sales rep in which I should have gotten her name was extremely unprofessional due to me asking questions of the pricing of their vehicle in which we as consumers especially when a dealership is asking 60k plus for a vehicle have a right to negotiate, Now maybe this is How at Dorschel Toyota is how they train their sales reps but the young lady not only refused to allow me to speak to a sales manager or general manager but left me on hold for almost 7 minutes. I write my experience because I am a desert storm veteran that was severely injured and proudly served my country ! No veteran are non veteran should be treated in this manner and I asked fellow Americans to stay away from this dealership until the sales reps get trained better on how to maintain professionalism ! More
