We were in Rochester just for the weekend, and that limited our options severely after my daughter totaled her 2003 Camry on a Friday evening. To be honest, we picked Dorschel at random because it was the closest Toyota dealer to the accident site. But it turned out to be a very good thing. So, we were at an out-of-town dealership, without access to our bank, insurance company, and needing to finish the deal before the end of Saturday. In addition, we’ve never bought a used car before. The whole thing could have turned into an ordeal, but the dealership, and particularly, Doug Scheck, our salesman, were very gracious and helpful in several ways, and we were able to get another car – a nice car at a fair price- before Monday.
