My 1991 Camry died in 2006 and it was time for me to get another vehicle. I had been doing my research and actually test drove a 2013 Camry and a 2013 RAV at another dealership. We knew that Dorschel had a good reputation and decided to check them out. We had a great experience with Joe. We told him what we were looking for and the features we wanted. He worked with us, explained all of our options, answered our questions and found me the exact vehicle I wanted. I fell in love with and decided to lease a 2013 RAV 4 Limited (Pyrite Mica). On March 19, 2016, my husband and I met again with Joe and on March 21, 2016, I drive away with my new 2016 RAV 4 (Barcelona Red). It was another great experience with Joe and hopefully, in three years we will work with him again. More

Great experience! Joseph Roides was completely focused on helping me find the right car...he wasn't interested in "pushing" a car. He answered my many questions, found a ruler to measure the back of the car, let me take the car on an extensive test drive (over railroad tracks, twisty winding roads, the highway etc.), and, in general, let the car, 2016 RAV4 Hybrid Limited sell itself. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. As I added options to protect the car, paint film, door protectors etc., he didn't try to push more options. Pun intended, I "drove" the sale. After the sale, when the Service area installed the options, Joseph managed the entire process for me to ensure everything was done correctly. What an unusual and refreshing experience. More
