I e-mailed him and he got right back to me and said he would e-mail me a copy on Saturday morning. Sure enough just before 9:00 am on Saturday he sent me my copy. Then on Sunday we decided we wanted to change how the car was registered so I e-mailed him again, he called me on his day off to discuss it and again said he would handle it when he got to work on Monday morning.
