A good car-buying experience I went to Dorschel to look at the Toyota Prius, and ended up buying one! I wasn't sure at first whether this was the car for me and the sales person (Angel) was refreshingly easy-going with the sales pitch. He was also patient and accommodating as I came back for a second test drive, then ended up requesting that they find a trade to get exactly the color and trim we wanted. I will also say that they did a great job closing the deal quickly once I made the decision, and this was key as the toyota incentives were expiring within a few days. I should also say that I appreciated their trade-in appraisal system, which I believe was fair and much more transparent than what I've experienced previously. More

He made me feel welcome, was patient and highly professional. It really felt like Ronnie was with me. I thought the the day I picked up my car I would be there for hours sine I was turning in my old car, I was wrong!! Within in an hour I was in my new RAV and on my way.
