A good car-buying experience I went to Dorschel to look at the Toyota Prius, and ended up buying one! I wasn't sure at first whether this was the car for me and the sales person (Angel) was refreshingly easy-going with the sales pitch. He was also patient and accommodating as I came back for a second test drive, then ended up requesting that they find a trade to get exactly the color and trim we wanted. I will also say that they did a great job closing the deal quickly once I made the decision, and this was key as the toyota incentives were expiring within a few days. I should also say that I appreciated their trade-in appraisal system, which I believe was fair and much more transparent than what I've experienced previously. More

When she retired I assumed buying a car would be a hassel, Ronnie made the experience so fast and easy. I was beyone pleased to meet Frank G, it was like being with Ronnie. He made me feel welcome, was patient and highly professional. It really felt like Ronnie was with me. I thought the the day I picked up my car I would be there for hours sine I was turning in my old car, I was wrong!! Within in an hour I was in my new RAV and on my way. He showed me all the bells and whistles, even paired my phone!! It just doesn't get any better!! More

Angel Webb was very helpful with everything even got me and my fiancé snacks with water. So far Dorschel Toyota dealership has been the best experience I ever had while shopping for a vehicle. Once again, an amazing auto buying experience! I've wanted a truck now for ten years and Joe Roides at Dorschel finally made that dream come true. Now, this is not my first dealing with this extraordinary salesman. In 2012 Joe put me in a brand new Camry because my 2001 Camry was finally getting old. And now, Joe has put me in a 2015 Tundra and I am absolutely in love with it! Joe is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the whole Toyota line. But more important, I was able to establish a cordial, working, and trusting relationship with this man, something I find hard when suffering from combat related P.T.S.D.
