Overall a good deal I think that initially this was going to be a great experience. Test drive was great and salesman seemed very genuine and interested in my needs. I had to go look at another vehicle that day and that made me very upset as it was wasted trip and the salesman and manager were very deceptive and was the main reason I went back to Dorschel and purchased the vehicle I did. there were a few issues and it took a lot longer to get the delivery of vehicle done. but it did get done. some issues were dealer fault and some mine as a emergency arose and I needed to leave before finishing delivery. it resulted in me returning to pick up the vehicle just about 5 minutes before closing. so needless to say I tried to make this as fast as possible. I was surprised to see a remote start on the keys that were delivered to me yet the salesman said he had no idea about it. Very frustrating since it would have been nice to know if it worked or didn't. and if it wasn't installed on the vehicle why was a key fob presented to me when I picked up the vehicle. after inspecting the vehicle the next day during the daylight hours I could see that there was indeed a transceiver that was installed at some point but was removed and the adhesive tabs were left in the top corner of the drivers window. -- Again very frustrating to see this removed from the vehicle and now makes me question the dealers tactics and makes me mad that it was removed if indeed it was installed on the vehicle. I am very satisfied with the vehicle so far as it was a great deal for the type and price. there were just things that could have gone better. trade value wasn't as high as offered elsewhere but their upfront pricing made me ok with the lesser value for the trade More

Dorschel's open discount policy made is possible to know how much discount could be taken off the MSRP before we even arrived at the dealership. The discount is readily available through there internet site on all models they carry in stock. If the buyer has a car to trade in you can look up the dealer trade in value of your older car from Edmunds or Kelly Blue Book before you arrive. It has been our experience that Dorshel will make ever effort to meet or exceed the published trade in value of your car. The dealership is an A+ In my opinion in all phases of operation. More
