The salesman Frank Montalbano was both friendly and very knowledgeable concerning the products Toyota was selling and did not rush our decision to purchase. Dorschel's open discount policy made is possible to know how much discount could be taken off the MSRP before we even arrived at the dealership. The discount is readily available through there internet site on all models they carry in stock. If the buyer has a car to trade in you can look up the dealer trade in value of your older car from Edmunds or Kelly Blue Book before you arrive. It has been our experience that Dorshel will make ever effort to meet or exceed the published trade in value of your car. The dealership is an A+ In my opinion in all phases of operation. More
