I contacted Mr. York regarding buying a new Tundra from Dorschel, which has been my dealer of choice for a few years. I described the vehicle I wanted and on the same day he responded with what I considered an exact match. He laid out the perameters of the financial arrangements, the possible extras I could receive and also the amount of trade in my old truck would be worth. Upon further negotiations I found that I received a great deal - more than I thought I would get. Mr. York was very knowledgable pertaining to the vehicle and called upon other people to help me with some options that I thought I might need. It's very unusual to deal with a sales person who is not pushy or trying to hustle you. I greatly appreciated Mr. York's professionalism and even after the sale I had some questions, and he responded quickly to my needs. More

I was in need of a new vehicle as my current one was at a point where it was no longer affordable to maintain. My parents had bought two new Toyota cars in the past few years, one from Dorschel and the othe point where it was no longer affordable to maintain. My parents had bought two new Toyota cars in the past few years, one from Dorschel and the other from a different local dealership. I went to both dealerships to look at vehicles and while both experiences were positive I think that Dorschel was a significantly better experience, the noteable difference being Steve York was a much better sales associate to work with. I showed up and told him what I had in mind to buy (2009 Corolla) and he showed me the various vehicles I had questions about from their website listings. We went for a test drive and he answered my questions about the car and pricing. It was refreshingly straightforward and there was no pressure (unlike the person I worked with at the other local dealership). The next day my father came by and we looked at the car together, took another test drive, and I purchased the vehicle. It was all very straightforward and in the past two weeks I have had the vehicle has not disappointed me. I really recommend this dealership and specifically Steve York, he made an experience that initially seemed wearisome actually pleasant. Thanks! More

A week or so later, he called to see how my shopping was going. Again, without pushing me to buy--just to see if he could do anything to help. A few weeks went by and I still had yet to find anything on the market that I liked. I called Steve back after the initially great experience and gave him my budget and bottom line. He said he had the perfect car. I stopped in that evening, test drove it, loved it, and came back the next day to make the purchase. It could not have gone more smoothly. Steve really made this the best car buying experience I could have imagined. It was painless and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful, new-to-me Toyota Yaris. A great car from a great dealer!
