Overall experience was very positiive. Shawn was excellent and you should be pleased that he represents your organization. It didn't take him long to adjust to the type of vehicle deal and approach excellent and you should be pleased that he represents your organization. Very friendly Sales staff. Helpful when vehicle looking for was not in stock. Rated Overall Experience as Good instead of great due to another SalesPerson at dealership had marked the vehicle we origionall for was not in stock. Rated Overall Experience as Good instead of great due to another SalesPerson at dealership had marked the vehicle we origionally wanted as Sold so her out of town customer would still be able to look at it. These customers had not made an offer or even seen the vehilce yet. I just don't think it is ethicle to mark as sold so that it "reserves" the vehicle for someone. Seems like special treatment and favoritism. More

Lee Choung, my salesperson, was awesome. He was professional, friendly, and practical. He is not what I consider the "typical salesperson" and made the whole purchasing of a new vehicle a pleasura professional, friendly, and practical. Shannon Consaul was great. I'm extremely busy right now, and my life is in transition, professionally and personally, but I had to get another car right away. Shannon had e-mailed me some URLs for used vehi and my life is in transition, professionally and personally, but I had to get another car right away. Shannon had e-mailed me some URLs for used vehicles, but I only glanced at them. I was pre-approved for a loan for a used car. But after talking with me a few minutes last Sunday, Shannon suggested I should lease. I'd be driving a new car and my payments would be lower than if I bought used. I used the afternoon to think about a Corolla vs. a Camry. Monday afternoon I drove a new Corolla home. Shannon helped me sort out what was best for me in a just a few minutes.
