Not only was the salesman (Randy) amazing to deal with, my experiences with the Service Department has been excellent mostly due to my service writer, Joe Ziekierski. He always greats me with a smile, keeps me informed as to what needs to be done while waiting for work to be completed, lets me know how long it will take to complete the service, offers me advice on what and when services in the future should be completed. Most of all, he takes the time to talk to me about any concerns I have about my vehicle or just to talk to me. He is a great asset to Dorschel and am glad I have the pleasure to have him as my service writer. More
