I was in Atlantic Beach NC and had car trouble on a Saturday evening. Obviously the dealership was closed. My car was picked up. stored and taken to the dealership in Wilmington, NC on Monday. The entire transaction with the salesman (Michael Weeks) went great! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I chose to purchase, although, I was not looking to purchase a car at the time of the vi went great! Mr. Weeks explained the options of the vehicle, and was well versed on the specifications of the vehicle. The vehicle I wanted to purchase was not on the lot. Mr. Weeks went online to find exactly what I wanted, with ALL of my requested options, and had it delivered within 3 days. The entire transaction from start to finish, including having the vehicle delivered, took less than 72 hours. I was pleased with my trade-in value as well. The Finance department treated me professionally and explained all of my options to include extended warranties. Overall, it was a simple transaction for a great vehicle, backed by a great warranty as well. This is my third Mercedes purchased at Bob King and I will most likely purchase another vehicle in the future. More

I took my car in without an appointment and was still greeted with a smile and enthusiasm about helping me get my car fixed. I was told ahead of time how long it would take and what it would cost. While waiting in the comfortable waiting room I was offered coffee and snacks. After about an hour and a half someone came in to tell me that my car would be ready soon and it was!When I received the car it was fixed and clean. I also received a list of other things that were observed to need repair. When I asked for the prices of those items, they were readily given. My experience was very pleasant and stress free. We have had dealings with another dealer in North Carolina, we were very dissatisfied with our experience and almost decided never to purchase another Mercedes.
