Bob King Mazda

Be careful with CPO cars I bought a Certified preowned mazda 3 from them. The looked brand new, very well waxed, cleaned and polished. I dealt with Juan Mosquera and Bryan Smi I bought a Certified preowned mazda 3 from them. The looked brand new, very well waxed, cleaned and polished. I dealt with Juan Mosquera and Bryan Smith both were really nice and friendly. Except for a couple of issues I am having with my car which should have been taken care of by the CPO inspection. I doubt they actually do the real 150 point inspection My advice to anyone buying a car from them: 1. You have to bargain, and bargain for the final price, they have a $600 charge and a lot of other charges that adds up to the cos of your car. I got $2000 off their list price for a car. Bargain! 2. I relied on the certified preowned warranty did not really check the car well when I was buying it. Well 2 months later my car started to make a squealing sound. Brought it to a dealer (different dealer closer to me) they said it was the serpentine belt and tensioner and gave me a quote of $500. If you look on the CPO brochure, both of these items are on the 150 point inspection. The dealer says it is not covered by the CPO. 3. 6 months later now(i put about 3000 miles on it), my brakes are squealing, have not brought it to the dealer yet but I bet I need new brake pads which they will also tell me is not covered by the CPO. I bought this car about $1000 above market value because of the CPO and the inspections they did on it. But did they? Both the belt and tensioner supposed to be in the 150 points inspection and after only 3000 miles I have had 2 mechanical issues with the car already. Do not rely on the CPO make sure to get the car checked by a mechanic or someone who knows what he is looking at. More
