Poor Leadership We where told that all used cars had new Yokohama Tires on them, the one we purchased had 3 different brands on it. We where also told we would get a call on the following Monday to come and pickup a 2nd key which didn't happen, after we called the fourth time we where told we would have to buy a 2nd key if we wanted one. If I talked or treated my customers the way I was treated by Darin Griffin I would not have a job. More

Juan was top notch! We knew what features we wanted, but Juan did a great job of showing us options and helping us make a decision. What a great car buying experience! Zach was the most friendly, down to Earth sales person I have ever encountered. I was unsure of what I wanted to buy so he got me out of the heat, ask Zach was the most friendly, down to Earth sales person I have ever encountered. I was unsure of what I wanted to buy so he got me out of the heat, asked me a few questions, and pulled up the car of my dreams on the first try. It was the perfect color, equipment, and overall feel. They gave me a wonderful deal that I could feel good about. Everyone I encountered was over the top nice and went out of their way to help me, make me feel comfortable, and get me feel like the car buying experience was all about me.. and they have great fresh baked cookies. Thank you to all of the staff who helped settle my anxiety about getting a new car. I love it! More

A Great Experience I shopped around for months to find just the right model of the Mazda 3 (Manual, iTouring) at the right price. I spoke with several dealerships in the I shopped around for months to find just the right model of the Mazda 3 (Manual, iTouring) at the right price. I spoke with several dealerships in the surrounding counties and test drove at several places. Ultimately, I ended up buying from Bob King Mazda because of the great communication I had with Zach Perry in the Sales dept. While other places would not move on the price, Bob King was willing to beat their best offers. Above that, Zach was courteous and professional without being pushy, and worked quickly to get a Mazda 3 with the options I wanted transferred in to the dealership.
