I had a couple of minor issues come up and he was able to research and discover that th the assistance he has given me with my 2020 Lincoln Corsair. I had the works done. Imagine my surprise, when 2 days later, after my vehicle sitting in the driveway, I see a shiny object behind the passenger back tire. It’s the lock lug nut from the front passenger tire. I called, the manager replied that she looked at the video and the tech tightened all 4 tires. So I guess it’s my word against theirs. Worked with Josh Wisniewski originally to lease a new Ford Edge, but was unable to find since Ford is no longer making the Edge.
