Worst experience in having a car serviced in 50 years. Unresponsive for day and half on status of repair. Only after I called a second time and told them I was picking the car up because they had not call Unresponsive for day and half on status of repair. Only after I called a second time and told them I was picking the car up because they had not called me, did they call back 20 minutes later to say they had looked at the tires and were going to charge me $129 for the review. Then the Service Manager berated me when I told the service person I was pissed off about their poor service. More

I just purchased my second Lincoln MKX/Nautilus from Bob Maxey. My salesperson, Jolie, was terrific in every way. It is nice to deal with someone as competent and enthusiastic as she was. We test drove the Maxey. My salesperson, Jolie, was terrific in every way. It is nice to deal with someone as competent and enthusiastic as she was. We test drove the new car to make sure it fit into our garage, which it did. I was unsure about how I would like having a car which shut down the car at each red light, but it has been no problem at all. As soon as you lift your foot from the brake, the engine quietly starts and automatically drives. Joe in the service department is great at handling service and maintenance. I believe I will always drive Ford cars because this company is so willing to engage in helping the Detroit and Michigan community, which I appreciate and want to support. More
