9/04/2020 my 06 Zephyr had a recall for airbag inflator; a porter picked up the car, but when I got my car back my key was stuck in the ignition. After a phone call, the porter returned to take my car back; a porter picked up the car, but when I got my car back my key was stuck in the ignition. After a phone call, the porter returned to take my car back; a couple hours pass then I received a call, now all of a sudden I'm in need of an ignition switch. Someone there may have made a simple mistake, understandable; but to force me to pay for that mistake, highly improper and less than stellar. The worst part is it's the holiday weekend and I have no car. I truly wish that I had a better experience; I don't think my ZIP played apart.....or did it? More
