While I bought a lincoln at a ford store, I wanted a Lincoln and did not like the pressure of the Novi store. So far the only issue I have is there is not a book for all the normal items such as how do I get the car to open the garage door? I have also interacted with service writers (I am having a hitch put on) and people bring my car to my house. All polite and knowledgeable. I also had a recall done on the truck at my house; Tech knew what he was doing and fast. When done, he asked me if I needed anything else; I told him my cabin lights did not work. Two minutes later they did! More
