I took my MKZ to the dealership to have new front brakes and rotors installed. I had to bring it back because they were squeaking. I had to ask what they did to repair and was told because of some "hot Sp and rotors installed. I had to bring it back because they were squeaking. I had to ask what they did to repair and was told because of some "hot Spots" they had to grind off my new rotors (instead of completly replacing) . The squeaking is definitely better but still squeaking non the less More

Bob Maxey Lincoln service was very curteous and informative. Happy over all with the repairs. But the vehicle was there for over 3 weeks and forgot to do the oil change. I live a ways away and had informative. Happy over all with the repairs. But the vehicle was there for over 3 weeks and forgot to do the oil change. I live a ways away and had to do a separate appointment which i would think they could have covered the oil change just for customer service. But no. Other then that one issue all ok More
