My service adviser assured me that they could take care of the battery issue and do most of my 70,000 checkup while I waited. An hour and a half later (exactly as estimated), I was on my way out the door. I really appreciate their ability to work me into their service schedule so late in the day. More

Not what was advertised I have been trying to work with dealership because they advertised a Prius 4 and that's what I paid for. Two days later we were driving and went to use navigation, it doesn't have it. When I informed the dealership they still say it's a Prius 4 but Toyota even says it's a Prius 2. They asked me to give them 72 hours to investigate but haven't called me and won't return my phone calls. More
